Corporate Social responsibility(CSR)
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to the set of actions and initiatives taken by a company towards fulfilling its responsibility to its stakeholders, including employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, communities where it operates, and society as a whole. Essentially, CSR involves a company doing what's right in terms of ethical behavior, social impact, environmental sustainability, governance practices, and risk management while still pursuing profitability and growth for shareholders.
